Meet Our Staff

Margie Harvey-Griffith MS, RN

Serves as the Vice President of Operations at Boca Home Care. She has devoted a career to nursing, administration and education all in the service of helping patients heal and the system to work optimally. She received her BS Nursing PSU in 1978 and worked as a clinical nurse at Johns Hopkins Hospital Oncology Center. She went on to earn her MS in Nursing administration at the University of Maryland in 1983. Since then, Margie has held clinical, management and executive positions at private and Medicare home care companies throughout the Northeast and Florida. Additionally, she is an esteemed member of the Editorial Board of Home Healthcare Nurse Journal (Lippincott), Editorial Review Board for "Handbook of Home Health Standards and Documentation", "Guidelines for Reimbursement", Marelli (4th & 5th editions) and "Home Health Aide Guidelines for Care" Marelli (1st & 2nd edition)- Mosby.

Margie's passion is "quality initiatives in home care, especially decreasing acute care hospitalization".

Henriette Glover RN, BSN

BSN graduated from the Hunter-Bellevue School of Nursing in New York City. After gaining some Acute Care hospital experience she became employed by the Visiting Nurse Service of New York. Starting as a Field Nurse, she became a Patient Service Manager before relocating to Florida in 1987. Henriette has extensive Field Nursing and Managerial experience She joined BHC as its Administrator in 2007 and "loves to educate her staff and patients under her care."

Brenda Fogg-Berner RN, MSN

Graduated from the Jackson-Memorial School of Nursing. After gaining some Acute Care hospital experience, she enrolled at Barry University School of Nursing where she received her Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science degrees. Returning to the Acute Care hospital setting, Brenda served multiple roles, at the direct care and managerial level. Changing venue, she became a Field Nurse with Outreach Home Health and a Clinical Supervisor with Housecall Home Health. Brenda has over fifteen years of Field Nursing and Managerial experience. As Director of Professional Services, she loves taking care of her patients and training staff for improved patient care. Brenda instills in her staff, "that the patients' care come first."
